Founded and led the theatre through four seasons, including twenty two major productions and fifteen workshops. Guided the theatre in its move from Boulder, CO to Baltimore, MD. Served as Managing Director from December 2006 to August 2008. Single Carrot Theatre is an ensemble theatre with a growing annual budget of $250,000. Single Carrot has been a TCG member theatre since 2009.
The Single Carrot Theatre ensemble is a driving force for theatrical innovation in Baltimore—championing new, diverse, and socially significant works; creating vibrant theatrical experiences; and fiercely supporting the growth of artists.

The Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance works to strengthen the arts and cultural community in the Baltimore region through advocacy, member services, research, support, and convening. The Cultural Alliance has a small staff of 2.5 employees, a board of 30 members, and an annual budget of $400,000.

Duties included managing corporate relations, acting as staff liaison for the board corporate committee, completing corporate proposals and ask letters, in addition to other duties.
CENTERSTAGE is the state theatre of Maryland, serving over 100,000 patrons yearly by producing an eclectic repertory for a diverse audience interested in challenging, bold, thought-provoking work.

Box Office and Group Sales Manager December 2006 – December 2007
Ran box office, managed five part time box office assistants, coordinated subscription campaign, filled ticket orders, and assisted patrons with other needs.
